Customer orders are designed in the guidance of our experienced customer representatives designed to meet our customer needs and market requirements.

Ready orders are approved and required financial measures are completed by the customers. The order - production scheduling takes place within a certain agreed period of time frame. Typically the shipment takes place within 8 weeks.

Shipping Policy

The delivery term is exworks at the factory doors which is in the vicinity of Ambarli port area in Istanbul - Turkey.

Freight and transportation is organized by the customer and the responsibility is thereof. Our experienced logistics team helps our customers finding the best freight and transport solution in this process.
